These Terms of Use (hereinafter the 'Terms') govern the use of the Provaqt mobile application (hereinafter the 'Application'), developed by Sahovat LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Provisions
The Provaqt Application is designed for employee time tracking, attendance control, and salary calculation. The Application is provided 'as is' and is intended for use by employees of Sahovat LLC client organizations.
2. Registration and Account
To use the Application, you must register. Upon registration, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate personal data
- • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- • Immediately notify the administrator of unauthorized access
- • Do not share your credentials with third parties
3. Usage Rules
When using the Application, it is prohibited to:
- • Use another person's biometric data for verification
- • Falsify geolocation data (GPS spoofing)
- • Attempt to bypass verification and security systems
- • Decompile, modify, or copy the Application
- • Use the Application for illegal purposes
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Application, including design, code, logos, trademarks, and content, belong to Sahovat LLC. Using the Application does not grant you any ownership rights to the intellectual property of Sahovat LLC.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sahovat LLC is not liable for interruptions in the Application caused by technical issues, updates, or force majeure. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee constant service availability.
6. Changes to Terms
Sahovat LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via push notifications or upon next login to the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes to the Terms constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
7. Termination of Use
Sahovat LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Application in case of violation of these Terms. The employer may deactivate an employee's account upon termination or other grounds. You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it from your device.
8. Governing Law and Contacts
